By accessing or using PrisonPenPal4u (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Site, submit a profile, or correspond with any inmate listed.

3. Nature of the Service

The Site is a directory of inmate pen pal profiles. We do not facilitate messaging, chat, or any electronic communication with inmates. All correspondence is by physical mail at your own initiative and risk.

4. No Verification

Information published on the Site is submitted by users. We do not independently verify the accuracy of profile information, photos, sentences, release dates, or any claims made by listed inmates or their representatives. You should not rely on profile information without independent verification.

5. Not Affiliated with Correctional Facilities

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any correctional facility, state department of corrections, federal agency, or other government entity.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to submit content that is: explicit, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, that promotes hate or violence, that discusses escape, contraband, or other illegal activity, or that impersonates another person.

7. Removal of Profiles

We may remove, suspend, or refuse any profile at our sole discretion. We may modify or remove submitted content that violates these Terms or our Submission Guidelines.

8. Payment and Refunds

Listings are annual subscriptions. Refunds are issued only when a profile is rejected and cannot be brought into compliance. Cancellations stop auto-renewal but do not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining term.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrisonPenPal4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages arising from correspondence with any listed inmate.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrisonPenPal4u, its owners, and operators from any claims arising from your use of the Site or your correspondence with listed inmates.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
