How we use it

• To operate the directory and publish inmate profiles you submit.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, renewal reminders, moderation results).
• To prevent abuse and respond to legal requests.

What is public

Inmate profiles, photos, and writings you submit are intended to be public. Visitor activity on the Site is not public.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share visitor email addresses with listed inmates.
• We do not enable direct contact between visitors and inmates outside of physical mail.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
